The Area 8 Committee
There are currently ten members of the Area
8 committee, two from the RMSA, two from BAPPA,
one from BAFREA, and elected JPC representatives from the Main Scheme (2), the 2000 Scheme (2) and Royal Ordnance (1).
The committee meets quarterly, about a month before the JPC meeting. Currently we are meeting at the Barge Inn at Halberton, this being approximately equal travelling distances for the committee members.

Don Taylor is the chairman of the committee, Dave Peters is secretary and Roy Blanning is the editor of the quarterly Area 8 Newsletter.
