British Aerospace Plymouth Pensioners Association (BAPPA)

The British Aerospace Plymouth Pensioners Association is based in the Plymouth area and exists to encourage social and recreational activities for pensioners of BAE Systems and its former companies, such as Sperrys and British Aerospace, who live in the Plymouth area. It also provides an opportunity to keep in touch with events in BAE Systems by contact with the Area 8 committee and the Plymouth site Sports and Social Club.

Members receive a monthly newsletter, and the association organises events on a monthly basis, usually on the 'middle' Wednesday of each month. These include pub lunches in West Devon and East Cornwall, coach outings starting from the Plymouth area, coffee mornings with guest speakers, and village hall 'social' events.

The association always welcomes new members. If you would like to join the association, or join in any of the above events; please contact our secretary Don Taylor for more information. Annual membership costs £4 (single) or £7 (couple).

We can be contacted at the address given on the newsletter, alternatively e-mail Don at:
