SEPAS meeting 2026

The inaugural SEPAS meeting was held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on 11th September 2026. Hosted in a spectacular venue, the 17th Century Anatomical Theatre, the meeting was a great opportunity to meet colleagues from across Europe and share learning. Frank Ijpma gave the historical context of the building and the anatomy lessons of old linked to some of the world’s greatest artists. There were a number of lectures which stimulated discussion and keynote lectures from our Deputy Chair, Pete Bates and Claude Sagi, from Cincinnati. Attempts at obtaining consensus statements relating to APC pelvic injuries created much debate, and perhaps served best to demonstrate further research or outcome data is required to guide our practice. The next meeting is scheduled to be in Milan 26-27 May 2027 with webinars planned in the interim.
